To ensure transparency and clarity in our dealings with agents, we always sign an official commission agreement with them.
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the commission arrangement, providing a clear understanding of the expectations from both parties involved.
For Agents
The process of fulfilling an order brought by an agent is as follows:
- Finalization of Deal: Once the deal is finalized between the exporter and importer, a sales/purchase agreement and proforma invoice are signed to formalize the transaction.
- Commission Agreement: Concurrently, a commission agreement is signed between the exporter and the agent, detailing the commission structure and payment terms.
- Shipment and Payment: After the consignment is shipped, and the importer transfers the complete payment to the exporter, the agreed-upon commission for the agent is promptly transferred to their account.
